What should I bring to my first yoga class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated as well as a yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t own a yoga mat, don’t worry, Zen Om Yoga Studio provides studio mats that you may borrow during your class.
What should I eat before a yoga class?
It is generally recommended to eat a light meal 1–2 hours before class and stay hydrated throughout the day.
