Just what i need for my health. Very calming and warm teacher.
Pretti is a great teacher and the classes really help you tone up and improve your flexibility. She caters to the whole class, as we all can have different levels of capability. Through out the sessions she gives you information as to what health benefits the yoga pose will bring.
