After extensive research on yoga classes around sydney, Zen Om Yoga Studio offered exactly what i was searching for; it is where in my opinion we gain the benefits of western inspired yoga coupled with the traditional eastern approach. I cant thank Preeti enough on what she has offered me through this class. I always look forward to our session and i cant wait till i become more confident with the poses so i can attend twice a week!
