May 14–20, 2026 | Ubud, Bali
Day 1 – Thursday, May 14 | Arrival & Welcome

Morning/Afternoon:

 Arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali

• Private transfer to retreat venue in Ubud (approx. 1.5 hr)

• Check-in & settle into twin-share rooms

Evening:

• Welcome circle & orientation (30–45 min)

• Gentle restorative yoga session (60 min) to unwind from travel

• Welcome dinner at retreat venue

 Optional early night or short walk in gardens

Day 2 – Friday, May 15 | Yoga & Rice Fields Excursion

Morning:

• 7:00–8:30 AM: Sunrise yoga & meditation session

• 8:30–9:30 AM: Breakfast

• 10:00–12:30 PM: Guided excursion to Tegalalang Rice Fields (transport provided)

Afternoon:

• 12:30–1:30 PM: Lunch at local Ubud cafe or retreat venue

• 2:00–4:00 PM: Free time / optional journaling, pool, spa

• 4:30–5:30 PM: Yoga workshop – focus on alignment & breathwork

Evening:

Afternoon:

Day 5 – Monday, May 18 | Full Day Adventure + Yoga

• 9:30–12:30 PM: Half-day excursion (choose scenic hike or temple visit)

Afternoon:

Membership Terms

All passes purchased are non-refundable. In event of restrictions, any purchased passes will be used towards or online classes.

The memberships will be of an ongoing nature and will continue till the completion of the designated time frame.

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card once per week/fortnight as scheduled via third party biller.

Suspension on your membership plan can be activated by notifying us via email at least 2 weeks in advance. The minimum suspension period is for 2 weeks for all membership plans. Maximum suspension period is different for each plan as follows: Up to 4 weeks for a 3 months plan, up to 6 weeks for a 6 months plan, up to 6 weeks for a 12 months plan (can be used two times during the membership duration). 

Cancellation of an ongoing membership can be requested by notifying us via email at least 2 weeks in advance. Cancellation of a membership will attract cancellation charges as follows: $50 for a 3 months plan, $100 for a 6 months plan, $150 for a 12 months plan.

It is your (the member’s) responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the auto-debit as per the plan. In case of a failed payment, the payment will be attempted 2 more times after which a late payment fee of $10 may be applicable.
